What we collect, and what we do not.

ONIA collects the minimum required for moderation to work. No email address, no IP address and no location data is collected.

• ✓Configuration settings: language, AI level, chosen sanctions, warning thresholds, allowed extensions, log channel
• ✓IDs of sanctioned members — no usernames are stored
• ✓Number of warnings received and details of each sanction: type, date, reason, moderator
• ✓Content of moderated messages, temporarily, only if the logging system is enabled
• ×Email address, IP address, location data

The collected data is only used to run the moderation you configured.

• —Track the history of warnings and sanctions
• —Display moderation logs
• —Keep each server’s own configuration

• —Data is stored on protected servers
• —No information is sold or shared with third parties
• —Access to data is restricted to bot administrators

ONIA does not share any data with third parties, external services or partners.

• —Data is retained as long as the bot is active on the server
• —If the bot is removed from a server, data is automatically deleted within 30 days

A server owner can request complete deletion of the data associated with their server at any time by writing to:

ONIA complies with Discord’s terms of service and privacy policy. We only collect the information required to use the bot.

This policy may be updated at any time. Changes are announced on the official site and the support server.

ONIA is a Discord bot specialised in intelligent automated moderation. It analyses and filters text messages on a server, applies configurable automatic sanctions, manages a progressive warning system and filters shared file extensions. It is designed to help administrators keep an environment that is healthy and compliant with their internal rules.

• —Adding ONIA to a server requires sufficient permissions: administrator or owner
• —Only the server owner is allowed to use the /config command
• —You agree not to exploit, divert or use ONIA for illegal or harmful purposes
• —You agree not to attempt to alter the bot, access its source code or interfere with its operation
• —You agree to use ONIA in compliance with Discord’s terms of service

• —AI moderation: three filtering levels — lenient, moderate, strict — with prompt customisation in /config
• —Configurable automated sanctions: warning, timeout, kick, ban, with warning tiers
• —Warning system available through /warnlist, /warns, /removewarn and /warndebug
• —Shared file control: filtering of allowed extensions, which can be enabled or disabled
• —Moderation logs: every event is sent to a channel configured by the administrator
• —Full configuration through /config, including the bot language

The code, brand, ONIA name, site design and all associated resources are the exclusive property of their creators. Any reproduction or reuse without authorisation is prohibited.

We reserve the right to withdraw access to ONIA at any time, without notice, in the following cases:

• —Violation of these terms
• —Abusive or malicious use of the bot
• —Request from the Discord teams

We may change these terms at any time. Users are informed in case of significant changes. Continued use of the bot constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
